Tyler Perry's The Family That Preys

“Business is like family. Keep your affairs in order.”

Alice Pratt (Alfre Woodard) is a working-class woman of firm principles who has stayed close to the wealthy socialite Charlotte Cartwright for decades. Tyler Perry sets two households side by side, one comfortable and one not, as the grown children's affairs and shady business deals start to wear on both. Alice and Charlotte pack up for a cross-country road trip, and the two old friends are the ones who have to answer for it.
