David Kressen (Mark Webber) has spent ten years shut away with his inventions, and he wants someone to finally see what he built. Reporter Joy Andrews (Lucy Griffiths) gets inside the facility to meet Adam (David Clayton Rogers), a robot that moves and speaks like a person. Matthew Leutwyler keeps the three of them together in the sleek, closed-off rooms, with Adam standing quiet at the edge of every conversation.
