Under the Yum Yum Tree

“Yum's the word... Welcome to the Sin-Bin!”

Hogan (Jack Lemmon), a landlord with a lot of free time and a bad idea, rents his apartments to pretty young women and then tries to win them over. His newest tenant, Robin Austin (Carol Lynley), has a fiancé and a plan to test him by living on her own first. David Swift sets the courtship in a sunny apartment complex, where Hogan needs her to change her mind before the engagement settles.
