“A new race. A new battle. A new hero...”

Selene (Kate Beckinsale), a former Death Dealer who once hunted werewolves for the vampire covens, wants to know where her bloodline came from. She and Michael Corvin (Scott Speedman), a werewolf hybrid, go looking for the answers while the vampires and the Lycans keep up their war. Len Wiseman builds the sequel on one old question: that a bloodline carries its past with it, and whoever inherits it has to answer for what came before.
