“Chaos in the Cosmos!”

A NASA spacecraft flies faster than light and comes down near Camelot, carrying Tom Trimble and Hermes, the look-alike robot he built. Russ Mayberry sets Tom's 20th-century gadgets against Sir Mordred (Jim Dale) and Merlin (Ron Moody), two schemers with plans of their own for King Arthur's court. The jokes rest on a plain idea: one decent man with a toolbox can matter in any century.
