Universal Soldier II: Brothers in Arms

“No memory. No emotion. No mercy... Until one of them decides to become human again.”

The government has cut the budget for the UniSol program, and a gang of mercenaries seizes the new line of Universal Soldiers for themselves. Luc Devereaux (Matt Battaglia), who survived the first incident, is pulled in alongside his long-lost brother, newly resurrected, and a reporter named Veronica Roberts. Jeff Woolnough keeps the film moving at a hard clip, and the serial numbers on the soldiers, GR13, GR80, GR81, GR82, mark each one as issued equipment.
