Universal Soldier III: Unfinished Business

“Back in action and deadlier than ever!”

Luc Devereaux (Matt Battaglia), a genetically engineered Universal Soldier, wants to live quietly and be left alone. That ends when the reporter Veronica Roberts (Chandra West) is caught in a hostage situation, and the two have to run and hide. Meanwhile Dr. Walker (Richard McMillan) and the Mentor (Burt Reynolds) prepare a more powerful soldier, and Luc has no way out of what he was built to be.
