“You can't stand alone forever”

David (Aksel Hennie) and Morten (Nicolai Cleve Broch) spend their days as gym instructors at a gym owned by Jarle (Bjørn Floberg), a sadistic small-time criminal who buys anabolic steroids and distributes them with his son Lars. Hennie directs his own first feature and plays the friend who stays closest to the floor. The film rests on David and Morten, two best friends who work the same shifts and answer to the same man.
