Until the End of the World

(1991)Directed by Wim Wenders158 min · RDrama, Science Fiction, Adventure
“. . . the ultimate road movie”

In 1999, with the world braced for a falling satellite, Claire Tourneur (Solveig Dommartin) survives a car crash with two bank robbers and agrees to carry their money to Paris. On the road she meets Sam Farber (William Hurt), an American doctor the CIA wants, along with his father's device that records dreams and visions. Wim Wenders sends them across the globe, and Claire keeps following Sam long after she has any reason to.
