“If you don't see Up! … you'll feel down!”

Margo Winchester (Raven De La Croix) steps off the road and into a small California town, and every man in it starts to circle her. Not long before, Adolf Hitler had been living nearby as Adolf Schwartz until someone killed him, and the locals show little interest in why. Russ Meyer sets the question of who did it beside an arrival nobody can ignore, with Paul (Robert McLane) and the others caught between them.
