Up, Down, Fragile

A summer in Paris pulls three women into the same orbit: Ninon (Nathalie Richard), a librarian, Louise (Marianne Denicourt), a gangster's former lover, and Ida (Laurence Côte), who has recently come out of a coma. Jacques Rivette lets songs and dances break into their days. Each of them stands at a turning point, and each is still working out who she will be on the other side.
