Uprising

“An era of chaos, a battle against destiny.”

Two boys grew up in the same house in Joseon Korea, one the master's son and the other his servant, and no one can say what turned them against each other. When the war with Japan ends, Cheon-young (Gang Dong-won) and Lee Jong-ryeo (Park Jeong-min) meet again, each now fighting for a different side. Kim Sang-man puts them across from each other, and the old closeness is still there between them.
