Urban Justice

“When revenge is personal, justice can be brutal.”

The city is American and unnamed in the facts, a place of back streets and bad blocks where Simon Ballister (Steven Seagal) comes home with a violent past he had tried to leave behind. His son has been murdered, and Ballister sets out to find who did it. Don E. FauntLeRoy, who also shot the film, keeps Ballister at the center, a grieving father returning to the only skills he has.
