“The day that changed us forever”

Kaja (Andrea Berntzen) is a teenager at a political summer camp on the Norwegian island of Utøya in 2011, and when the attack begins her only aim is to find her younger sister, Emilie (Elli Rhiannon Müller Osborne). The characters are invented, but Erik Poppe builds the film on the real massacre of July 22. Every minute she spends searching is a minute in which neither of them is safe.
