Va Savoir (Who Knows?)

Camille (Jeanne Balibar), a French actress, steps off the train in Paris after three years away, dreading a meeting with Pierre, the ex-boyfriend she left behind. Her new lover Ugo (Sergio Castellitto) came along on the tour, and he has his own reason to be in the city, a lost manuscript he is hunting down. Jacques Rivette lets them all circle each other for two and a half hours, and Camille keeps walking toward Pierre and the theater.
