“What could go wrong?”

Rusty Griswold (Ed Helms) decides his family needs to reconnect, so he plans a cross-country road trip to Walley World, a water park his father visited decades before. What could go wrong on a thousand miles with his wife Debbie (Christina Applegate) and two sons packed into a rental car. The Griswolds are about to find out how quickly a family vacation can unravel, and whether they'll make it to the destination at all.
