Vada Chennai

In North Chennai, Anbu (Dhanush) spends his days at the carrom board, a skilled young player with little interest in anything beyond the next game. His talent and his neighborhood pull him into a feud between two local gangsters, with Rajan (Ameer) and Guna (Samuthirakani) among the men whose loyalties surround him. Vetrimaaran lets the story build slowly, in the lanes and rooms where these people live, so the violence arrives after we know them.
