Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets

“A universe without boundaries needs heroes without limits.”

Valerian (Dane DeHaan) and Laureline (Cara Delevingne), special operatives in the 28th century, are sent by the Minister of Defense to Alpha, a city that has grown for centuries as species from across the universe settle inside it. Luc Besson, adapting the French comics series, fills the place with crowds of aliens and markets and corridors of every shape. Valerian talks like a man who has already won, and Laureline keeps telling him to read the mission file.
