Vampire Circus

“Human fangs ripping throats - no sawdust can soak up the torrent of blood!”

The village of Schtettel has been shut off by plague for fifteen years, ever since its men impaled the depraved Count Mitterhouse after a spate of murders. Then the Circus of Nights arrives, with the Count's mistress, children and cousins among its performers, and the Burgermeister (Thorley Walters) lets them in. They have come to carry out his dying curse. Robert Young shoots it grainy and close, like a horror film caught on television late at night.
