Vasil

Vasil (Ivan Barnev) wants to be taken seriously, and the only place he has found for that is a card table. He is a Bulgarian immigrant sleeping on the streets of Spain, yet his skill at chess and bridge has earned him a name at an exclusive, prestigious club in the city. Avelina Prat sets his easy charm against the club's polished members, and Alfredo (Karra Elejalde) is the man who sits across from him as an equal.
