Kelly (Ambyr Childers) lives in VICE, a resort where guests act out their wildest fantasies on artificial people who look, think and feel like humans, and she wants out. Brian A. Miller sets her running between the mercenaries of the resort's creator Julian (Bruce Willis) and Roy (Thomas Jane), a cop determined to shut the place down. Roy is after the same woman Julian wants back, and neither man can reach her without the other in the way.
