Vicious Fun

“We're going to have a lot of fun tonight.”

Why is a self-help group meeting in the back room of a bar, and why do its members look at Joel (Evan Marsh) like he wandered into the wrong room? He writes for a national horror magazine in the 1980s, and he has just sat down among serial killers with no way out. His only plan is to blend in. Cody Calahan plays the whole thing deadpan, as if a late-night support circle were the most ordinary place for a killer to be.
