Vietnam Colony

G Krishnamoorthy (Mohanlal) is sent by a real estate company to clear out Vietnam Colony, a neighborhood crowded with illegal trades and people who would rather not be found. Siddique-Lal fill the place with a whole street of neighbors, among them K K Joseph (Innocent) and Pattalam Madhavi Amma (KPAC Lalitha), each with a claim on the same few lanes. Krishnamoorthy arrives with his papers and his orders, and the colony watches him from its doorways.
