Vijay Mathew (Anupam Kher) is a sixty-nine-year-old man who decides to run a marathon, though no one around him understands why. He finds an unlikely crew in Fali (Chunky Panday), a friend with his own reasons, and Coach Kumar (Vrajesh Hirjee), who agrees to train them both. On race day, Vijay moves through the city in the early light, his body older than his will, the finish line still distant ahead.
