Winter Bay

On one of the last days of summer vacation, a girl is pulled from the water at a public bath in Vinterviken, on Lake Mälaren. John-John (John-John Sundberg), a young Black teenager from a quiet suburb south of Stockholm, ends up at the family's home in wealthy Bromma and falls for Elisabeth (Lina Englund) almost at once. Harald Hamrell keeps the camera close to John-John's face as he tries to win over her father, Frank (Peter Haber).
