Violet Evergarden: The Movie

The war is over, and the world Violet Evergarden (Yui Ishikawa) lives in is changing around her, with new machines altering the work she does as a letter writer. She still hopes to see Gilbert Bougainvillea (Daisuke Namikawa), the commanding officer she lost, and still turns over the last words he left her. Taichi Ishidate sets her request to write a boy's letter against that hope, and the longer she waits, the less time there is to say what she never learned to.
