Visit to a Small Planet

“The space race is on and Jerry's leading it... In reverse!”

In 1960, a flying saucer comes down in the backyard of a famous television journalist who does not believe in aliens. Kreton (Jerry Lewis) has left his own planet against the wishes of his teacher, and he wants to study humans, though he can't quite follow them. Norman Taurog gives him the Spelding household to wander through, where Major Roger Putnam Spelding (Fred Clark) and his daughter Ellen (Joan Blackman) live, and Kreton leaves a mess everywhere he looks.
