Vita & Virginia
“The love story that inspired Virginia Woolf's Orlando.”
Vita Sackville-West (Gemma Arterton) is a titled socialite in 1920s London, married to Harold Nicolson (Rupert Penry-Jones) and used to getting what she wants. She sets her sights on Virginia Woolf (Elizabeth Debicki), the novelist, who is married to Leonard (Peter Ferdinando) and moves in quite another circle. Chanya Button follows the pair through their letters, and Debicki stands pale and long-limbed beside Arterton's warmth.
