Voice of a Murderer

A phone rings in the home of Han Kyung-bae (Sul Kyung-gu), and the voice on the line wants 100 million won for his kidnapped son. Park Jin-pyo, working from the real 1991 kidnapping of a nine-year-old boy, follows the detectives assigned to the case as the caller slips away each time they close in. Kyung-bae and his wife Oh Ji-sun (Kim Nam-ju) wait by the phone together, and each call leaves the two of them further apart.
