Waiter

Edgar (Alex van Warmerdam) is a waiter at a restaurant called Het Westen, with a wife at home, a lover on the side, and neighbors who blast music at him and dump their garbage at his door. After a bad night with rude customers, he has had enough and sets out to confront the man who writes his life, the scenario writer. Van Warmerdam directs and stars, and everything Edgar says to his creator is a complaint that can't be taken back.
