Waking Up in Reno

“This foursome is sharing lots more than room service!”

Candy Kirkendall (Charlize Theron) and Lonnie Earl Dodd (Billy Bob Thornton) are crazy about each other, and each is married to someone else. Jordan Brady puts both couples in one vehicle for the drive from Little Rock to Reno and a monster truck rally, so the secret rides along with Roy (Patrick Swayze) and Darlene (Natasha Richardson). Underneath the loud, good-natured trip is a plain question of what people owe the spouse sitting right beside them.
