Wall to Wall

“A life of debt, of endless noise, am I to blame?”

Noh Woo-sung (Kang Ha-neul) has put every won of his savings into a new apartment, and the walls start making noises almost as soon as he moves in. The neighbors are hostile, and the building seems to be hiding things from him. Kim Tae-joon keeps the camera close to Woo-sung inside those rooms, so the film feels as cramped as the apartment.
