Walter Defends Sarajevo

Valter (Velimir 'Bata' Živojinović) leads the resistance in Sarajevo in 1944, a figure the Germans know only by name and by the damage he does to their fuel supplies. German commander Alexander Löhr needs those supplies to get his armies out of the Balkans, so a cunning plan is set in motion to remove him. Hajrudin Krvavac keeps the story tightly wound, and what it holds up is plain: a city's survival resting on one man nobody can identify.
