Wanda

Nobody can say quite why Wanda Goronski (Barbara Loden) walks away from her husband and children in the coal country of eastern Pennsylvania. She drifts from one man to the next until she lands beside a petty criminal, Mr. Dennis (Michael Higgins), and goes along with him. Barbara Loden directs and stars, and the story is about a woman with few choices who is used to being told where to go.
