War of the Arrows

“A hero is born, the legend begins”

In Joseon Korea, just after the Qing invasion, a wedding is being prepared when Manchu raiders take the bride, Ja-in (Moon Chae-won), and carry her off. Her brother Nam-yi (Park Hae-il), an archer raised by his father's best friend, goes after them with his bow and a lot of country to cross. Kim Han-min stages the chase and the archery duels at a run, so the arrows come fast and the pauses are short.
