“We have lost CTRL.”

David (Thomas Jane) is one of many people living alone in a near-future Earth, each carrying a private grief that the others know nothing about. Agata Alexander, in her first feature as director, cuts between their separate stories, with Ben (Patrick Schwarzenegger) and Brian (Tomasz Kot) among the strangers whose lives begin to cross. Through all of it, David is left with the same question of what a life amounts to when no one is there to share it.
