Warriors of the Rainbow: Seediq Bale - Part 2: The Rainbow Bridge

“A man rises up to lead his people in a brave and risky struggle for freedom in this epic-scale historical drama.”

In the mountains of Taiwan after the Wushe uprising, Mona Rudao (Nolay Piho) and his followers face a guerrilla war against a Japanese army with far better weapons, backed by Seediq clans who have sided with it. Temu Walis (Umin Boya) fights beside him, and General Yahiko Kamada (Sabu Kawahara) commands the other side. Wei Te-sheng stages the fighting across the steep forest terrain, as the second half of a four-hour story.
