Watcher

“Evil wants to be seen.”

Julia (Maika Monroe) is a young actress who has just moved to a new city with her husband Francis (Karl Glusman). While a killer stalks the city, she notices a stranger in the building across the street, standing at his window and watching her. Chloe Okuno stays close to Julia as the neighbors, her husband and the police all treat what she sees as nothing, and the fear is that being watched can make a person doubt her own eyes.
