Water

Baxter Thwaites (Michael Caine) is the British governor of a tiny Caribbean island, and he has settled so far into the local life that he barely remembers the Foreign Office exists. Then an American drilling company strikes a huge source of natural mineral water under the place, and everyone with an interest in the island starts arriving. Thwaites spends the film in odd company with Delgado Fitzhugh (Billy Connolly), the activist who wants the outsiders gone.
