Wayne's World

“You'll laugh. You'll cry. You'll hurl.”

Every night Wayne Campbell (Mike Myers) and Garth Algar (Dana Carvey) switch on the cameras in Wayne's basement and broadcast their talk show to local public access viewers. Then a network executive (Rob Lowe) takes notice and wants a bigger version of the show, and he has his eye on Wayne's girlfriend Cassandra (Tia Carrere), a rock singer. Penelope Spheeris leaves the two friends in the basement, in their ball caps, under the glow of the camera light.
