We Live in Time

“Every minute counts.”

Almut Brühl (Florence Pugh), an up-and-coming chef, meets Tobias Durand (Andrew Garfield), a recent divorcée, after a chance encounter that neither of them planned. John Crowley follows the two of them across a decade, moving back and forth through the years instead of in a straight line. What the film keeps returning to is how ordinary days, once they are shared, become the ones you would most want back.
