“It'll blow your mind.”

Frank Warren (Rutger Hauer) is a convicted thief who wants one thing, the loot he hid before his arrest. Lewis Teague sets the prison break in motion when Frank slips out with Tracy Riggs (Mimi Rogers), a fellow inmate he is electronically bound to, so neither can move far from the other. Frank has to drag a stranger toward his money, and he has no say in who comes along.
