Welcome, or No Trespassing

In 1964, a Young Pioneer camp in the Soviet Union runs on rules: a schedule for the day, a fence around the grounds, a strict list of what the children may and may not do. Elem Klimov puts Dynin (Evgeniy Evstigneev), the director who enforces all of it, at the head of a camp full of children who would rather be doing nearly anything else. The children push against every regulation he posts, and the fun of the summer depends on whether they get away with it.
