“Do you know who I am?”

Devereaux (Gérard Depardieu) handles billions of dollars a day and wants to be the man who saves the world's economies. He is also driven by a sexual hunger he has never learned to control, and it follows him to New York. Abel Ferrara, working from the Dominique Strauss-Kahn affair, ends on Simone (Jacqueline Bisset), his wife, waiting out the wreckage.
