David Clark (Jason Sudeikis), a small-time Denver pot dealer, gets robbed and needs to move serious product from Mexico to pay back his supplier. He recruits his broke stripper neighbor Rose (Jennifer Aniston), runaway Casey (Emma Roberts), and earnest teenager Kenny (Will Poulter) to pose as his family for a cross-border road trip. Rawson Marshall Thurber shoots the chaos of four strangers faking domestic bliss with the energy of a carnival.
