Wes Craven's New Nightmare

“This time the terror doesn't stop at the screen.”

Heather Langenkamp (Heather Langenkamp), the actress who played Nancy in the original Elm Street films, wants her life back to ordinary, with her young son Dylan (Miko Hughes) and a career that has moved on. Wes Craven sets the film in her real world, where Freddy Krueger (Robert Englund) is no longer only a movie monster. Her bond with Dylan carries the story, because the thing reaching in seems to want him.
