West and Soda

Johnny (Nando Gazzolo) wants one thing, to ride into a town and set it straight, and he finds one where Clementina (Vittoria Febbi) is being pressed to marry Il Cattivissimo (Carlo Romano), who is after her land. The ranch is hers, the town is his, and the stranger is already in the saloon. Bruno Bozzetto draws the whole Western in loose, bright cartoon lines, and every gag is one the genre has earned.
