Assistant DA Vittoria Stori (Giovanna Ralli) wants the truth about a fifteen-year-old girl found hanged after an anonymous tip, and she will not settle for the suicide the scene suggests. Massimo Dallamano sends her and Inspector Silvestri (Claudio Cassinelli) through a case that widens with every lead, from the dead girl's parents to the photographs of her with a teenage drop-out. Vittoria keeps pressing, even as the trail grows darker around her.
