“How low will they go to get the girls of their dreams?”

Ryan Woodman (Shane West) is a nerdy teenager who can't get a word out around Ashley Grant (Jodi Lyn O'Keefe), the most popular girl at school, and she hasn't noticed him. Across the hall, the star athlete Chris Campbell (James Franco) has his eye on Ryan's brainy friend Maggie Carter (Marla Sokoloff), so the two boys strike a deal to help each other. David Raynr builds the movie on Edmond Rostand's 1897 play *Cyrano de Bergerac*, moved into a high school.
