What's Love Got to Do with It?

Kazim Khan (Shazad Latif), a doctor in London, has told his parents he is ready for an arranged marriage in Pakistan. His oldest friend Zoe Stevenson (Lily James), a documentary maker, decides to film the whole process. Shekhar Kapur follows them from a London that suits them both to a wedding season where Zoe's footage and Kazim's choice start to point in different directions, and a friendship of thirty years is what could be lost.
